- Work with software and/or hardware development teams on project and product plans and ensure development is closely aligned with marketing.
- Deliver quick-hit project plan reviews focusing on prioritization, alignment to goals/objectives, and accuracy of estimates.

- Provide Executive SparringSM services preparing executives for difficult or high pressure situations including pitches to investors, presentations / discussions with strategic partners, M&A discussions, Board meetings, etc.
- Develop team build-out plans, define roles and responsibilities, and interview key hires.
- Assist with organizational reductions / downsizings.

- Perform company diligence work.
- Provide “deep dive” investigation work at the request of investors or Board members.
- Deliver acting CxO services to portfolio companies on an as-needed basis.
